Creative drone video and photography

We can give you air cover throughout Japan

Drone reel in Japan with shots of an office/residential tower in Meguro, the Hilton hotel in Shinjuku, a shrine in central Tokyo, Takeda Castle ruins, Himeji Castle, cycling in Kochi Prefecture, and the Naruto Whirlpools on the Seto Inland Sea.

We have filmed with our drone in downtown Tokyo from rooftops and the ground, over the old town area of Kyoto around the Yasaka Pagoda and over the Arashiyama bamboo forest, around castles, along rivers, in factories, in outdoor hot springs, around lighthouses, over lakes and more in Japan.

Drone filming clients have included streaming platforms such as Hulu and Apple TV+, and real estate companies such as JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, and Hines, among many others.

We have full accident liability insurance and a Japan country wide comprehensive drone flight permission. Our DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine drone can record up to 120fps in ProRes HQ and with 3 cameras onboard we can quickly switch to get the focal length appropriate to the scene. Our DJI Mini 3 Pro is a backup drone and is great for quick location scouting.

Getting permission to fly drones where you want to in Japan can be tricky (or, some cases, surprisingly easy) so get in touch and we can help out. We set out recent information on the regulations around flying drones in Japan here.
